How to Request a Refund:
Email support@cppedge.com within 14 days with your order details.
We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Details:

  • Available for 14 days from your subscription start date
  • Your subscription and access to the Trade Manager will be cancelled upon refund
  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method
  • All cryptocurrency payments are final

No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the purchase date.

with installation, setup, or using the Trade Manager.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after the 14-day guarantee window has expired. Once a subscription is cancelled, you will lose access to the Trade Manager when your current billing period expires.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our Refund Policy or Terms of Service. Each customer is limited to ONE refund total. Customers who have previously received a refund are not eligible to subscribe again. Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate account suspension.
