CPP EDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES.

Prohibited Use

Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the software is strictly prohibited. You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with any license protection, security mechanisms, or access controls. Modifying, tampering with, or attempting to crack the software in any way is also prohibited. Any evidence of tampering or unauthorized modification may result in immediate termination of access and may be investigated and pursued under applicable law. Sharing, selling, transferring, or distributing accounts, credentials, or license keys is not permitted. Using the software or Services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose is prohibited. Violation of any of these provisions may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Use of the Software

Access to CPP Edge is granted for personal use only. One purchased copy (one license) may be used by a single person on one or more computers, and may be used simultaneously only on the number of MetaTrader accounts allowed under your license. You should have received a license code necessary to enable the software. This code must be kept strictly confidential and may not be shared or disclosed to anyone except the registered owner. Sharing, transferring, or reselling the code is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in revocation of the license, suspension of access, or legal action. You may not use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, trademarks, and materials provided through CPP Edge are the property of CPP Edge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

CPP Edge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the software at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, the right to use the software immediately ceases.

Acceptance

Using CPP Edge signifies acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the software and services.
